We feel very fortunate to have begun working with Mark almost a year ago and highly recommend him to anyone else who may want to sell, or purchase a home. We first met Mark when we wanted to list our condominium (August 2020), being the first time that we sold any property. We had many questions about the process, all of which were answered quickly, and professionally, calmly, and all helping to set our minds at ease about the sale. Through Mark’s expertise and knowledge, we were able to sell near-asking within 2 weeks. Since the sale, we received automated listing emails through their services with prospective options to buy. When one appeared, upon our request, Mark was able to schedule a showing within a day, sometimes on the same day. He walked us through the showings, describing features that we may not have been aware of otherwise, all of which helped our decision-making processes. When our dream property became available, we did not hesitate to request a showing, and submitted an offer shortly after. The only issue was that this was on a Fathers’ Day, however Mark was attentive, communicative, and willing to help us that day anyways, despite our thoughts that we might be able to wait until the next day. We ultimately negotiated a great purchase, and Mark was close at hand all the way through. Again, keeping our minds at ease throughout the process, helping to review documents and scheduling walkthroughs, and answering any questions or concerns we had.

Mark was exceedingly professional in the sale of our family home, and purchase of a new condo. He conducted himself with understanding of our situation and proceeded with understanding, patience and compassion. And in the end was able to get a price for our house that exceeded our expectations. All in all he made it a smooth process.

Our experience with Mark was nothing but fantastic. We moved to Victoria and were looking for a house with an income suite. Mark was recommended to us by our realtor in Vancouver. Mark is very knowledgeable about all the aspects of buying or selling a house, about different issues that may come up with houses built on certain times. He has renovation experience and also knows about local building code and practices. If there is something he doesn’t know, he follows up on it and comes back with info next day. He is extremely easy to get along with, very professional and a good communicator. He was always reachable and answered to emails promptly. Despite Covid times, he was able to find us very good variety of houses and get us viewings that suited our schedule. He kept us very well informed through the offer process all the way to finally closing the deal. We warmly recommend him to anybody looking to sell or buy property in greater Victoria area.
