Mark Potter is an outstanding real estate agent and a wonderful, good natured, good hearted, patient person. He is both professional and kind to the people he's working with. He does not refrain from giving his honest opinion, even if it might run contrary to your wishful thinking. But at the same time, he takes seriously your preferences, and your ideas. He is not phony at all - this is actually pretty rare, in my experience. He helped my 85 year old mother and I in both selling our condo and buying an apartment, and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. One thing that I really appreciate about him is how he interacted with my mother, who is quite old and forgetful and can sometimes be challenging. He was super-patient, super kind, and always understanding with her. He took many days and hours out to show her places - this lasted for a long time, many months, until we finally settled on something. I have nothing but respect and good feelings about Mark, and I recommend him in the strongest possible terms.

We can't say enough great things about Mark. He made our entire experience smooth and easy. With his extensive knowledge of Calgary communities and property values, he secured us a fantastic deal. He went above and beyond with his communication, staying in touch and pointing out properties he thought would be good for us. We will definitely be working with him again in the future.
