I was moving from Victoria BC to the Vancouver area in order to be able to visit with my daughter without the very limiting time and trouble of the ferry and bus schedules. I knew nothing of the different neighbourhoods and was only able to give Mark a loose description of what I was hoping to find. I had sold my place and was only waiting on the conditions to be lifted and move out day was looming. Mark had a plan to show me around to get a feel for the different areas and also accommodated any ideas I had and answered all questions. His knowledge of the city, city planning and ongoing construction is impressive.We covered many miles but we found a great location andMark negotiated a price I could accept. Throughout the process I felt that my best interests were Mark's first concern. he always responded quickly to my calls with friendly professionalism.
