As I was looking for a bedroom apartment in Hamilton ontario. I saw an ad through a realtors application online . Set a time for me to go view a apartment in the area I'd like to live in . Meeting with Mark Garrett was as he is the realtor for the building I asked about items like available parking and a few small things I would need done to the apartment if I was to rent it . I left it in his hands to deal with the owner for approval and I recieved a phone call back the next day to be told the requests were to be done for me . So I filled out the rent application online and was accepted. If I ever need something done for the apartment he will make certain it will get completed within reason . He's very knowledgeable and friendly

From the very first introduction through to the hours right up to closing, Mark just demonstrated such commitment and professionalism that really sets the standard high for the profession. In the search for my most recent home, I probably spoke with 50 to 60 real estate agents. There’s a reason why I ended up working with Mark and closing with him. As an example, we saw 10 different properties in a single day, which was coordinated entirely by Mark. As another example, Mark was present for the majority of the closing day, ensuring the seller met specific conditions while I was tied up elsewhere. Mark had a thorough understanding of the real estate market, home construction, and was instrumental and helping me acquire my most recent property. Five stars here. 10 out of 10.
