We had a short window (2 days) to find a place because of commitments back in Alberta. Mark not only made the effort to show us a number of units in that short time but after we picked one, he made all the follow up steps easy. While we were back in Alberta he negotiated and finalized the deal, arranged an inspection, worked out a problem on an air conditioner repair and contacted a lawyer for us to work with. We returned to Kelowna 4 months later to find our keys and condo waiting for us. It was the smoothest home purchase we've ever experienced.
