Thank God For Mark. I had a realtor that will go unnamed who told me that my place was worth alot more then I thought it was. So I was filled with hopes and dreams only to never sell then after 6 months the contract was up and a good Friend suggested Mark. I gave Mark a call and he came over and told me what he can get for my place it sold very quickly under Mark. Mark is not going to give you a hopes and dreams price he's going to lay it out in front of you. He's going to give you a honest assessment of what he can sell your home for. Marks the best and don't forget to get some cranberry sauce if you hire him.

It feels as though it is important to him for you to know all of your options and has NEVER come across as judgmental, pushy, or annoyed. I am never afraid to contact him at any time or ask any questions I may think are silly, he is always positive and happy to help! When we moved out of the area he helped us find a relator there that was a good fit for us, and continued to check in to make sure we were happy and that the move went smoothly. We cannot suggest him enough, you will be glad to have him there for you whether buying or selling!
