Mark is very knowledgeable in all areas when it comes to the market. He has assisted me in buying and selling a few homes over the years and never steered me wrong. He is trustworthy and professional. He made the process smooth and was great with my renters and tenants. He was always courteous and respectful so even my renters loved him. We have bought three properties and sold one through Mark. He got us a price for our sale we didn’t think was possible and great negotiating on our three buys. He worked very hard for us and knows the Okanagan very well. Highly recommend!

Mark was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond in finding us homes to look at based on our wish list and did so in a timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different neighbourhoods and provided expertise about what to look for when we were doing walk throughs of different homes. Despite the many different homes we looked at with Mark, we never felt any pressure to buy. When we found the home we wanted, Mark made sure we got the best price possible. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for a realtor!

Not only did Mark price our house for the house, not just the neighborhood, allowing us to maximize our earnings, he also priced it to sell! It sold in three days! Mark continued on with helping us find the perfect house for US. He wasn't out looking to just sell a property. Mark spent time working with us on our Must Have's and Would Like's and then found us the house that was best suited for us, within our price range. I would recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy or sell and we will use him again when the time comes.
