Mark helped me find and purchase my first apartment. Being my first place I didn’t know what the buying process would look like, but he helped me understand what had to happen at each stage. Even though I know I wasn’t a big dollar value client for Mark I would never have guessed it based off his service; Mark was flexible, responsive and fast acting. With his help we managed to find and close a deal within 5 weeks. Would I recommend Mark to family or friends? I already have!

Mark helped me and my fiancé secure our first home purchase. He helped us every step of the way and made it very easy for us to understand all the steps that were needed to take, and made understanding all of the legal jargon extremely easy. He made himself available to us all hours of the day including Christmas Eve and on his birthday. I will 100% use mark again for future selling opportunities and purchasing as well. Hopefully he doesn’t retire anytime soon!
