Mark Jones helped my husband and I find our first home. He came with us to every viewing, gave us honest advice and was extremely supportive throughout the entire process. He was easy to reach, answered all of our questions and made himself available at all times of the day. Alice was also extremely helpful, and offered great insight on the market. Sara was amazing also. She booked every viewing appointment in a timely manner, to meet both our schedules. The entire process was seamless and easy. We could not have asked for a better experience, honestly. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again so much. We're so excited to move in to our first home.

Absolutely the best experience working with Mark Jones and the Johnson Team. Mark was always professional, pleasant and most importantly not pushy. We were not in a hurry to buy or sell so Mark just kept us informed of what was out there and before you knew it we were buying and selling! I worked with Mark J to help sell my father's house after he passed. Mark was incredibly kind as he helped me navigate the real estate market while also being sensitive to the fact that the circumstances around this sale weren't positive. He went above and beyond while explaining his and The Johnson Team's mission and values, with an amazing bound book that included comparables, stats, and information about the team. He wrote up a letter regarding the house's value that I could provide to my lawyer for probate even before I had committed to selling the home with The Johnson Team. While I waited endlessly for the estate to go through probate so I could list the home, Mark checked in several times to see how things were going and was very patient while legal issues were taken care of. When the house was finally listed, he offered professional advice while ensuring that I didn't feel pressured one way or another to make a decision or accept an offer. When we finally sold, I felt positive about the entire process, even in spite of all the emotions around my dad's passing. During this time, several other members of the office team reached out with additional information, and they were always friendly, professional, and approachable. I can't recommend The Johnson Team and Mark enough, and will certainly be relying on them to help me buy my next home when the time comes. Thank you for all your hard work and kindness.
