We had Mark as our real estate agent for the purchase of our home in Hunter River. He is an excellent agent , We feel he went above and beyond the call of duty to answer our questions , help with the other real estate agents, printing and delivering documents, pointing us in the right direction when we were uncertain about things that had to be done before closing, dealing with lawyers on our behalf. He is an all around stand up guy and would highly recommend his services to everyone looking for help in the real estate market

Mark and his team are AWESOME. Mark has helped me with two purchases and one sell...and shown me any homes. It was tricky as I was from BC and doing everything remotely during a pandemic. I trust him completely. He does the work - looking into building codes, investigating builders, land restrictions, connecting me with all kinds great contacts in all fields (handy people, mortgage, insurance, etc). He anticipates things and has plans and solutions to reduce worry or to help with decision making that can be immediate. Mark and Peter are kind, assertive, accountable, interesting and interested, trusting and generous. Mark is a whole package....and the best experience I have ever had in real estate. Mark's service, knowledge, care, honesty, emotional competency, network and ethical practices are the best I have ever experienced. Highly recommend Mark and Peter.
