Hello, I began the hunt for a house with Mark Adams and was stressed to the max. His easy, outgoing, honest nature quickly eased my nerves and made the entire process a lot less angst filled; primarily because I knew he had my back. He was continually on the look out for things that he knew should be to code for instance: aluminum vs copper wiring, or pecs water lines, and was the one who went first into the dungeon basements lol. He made it his mission to be prepared each time we had a long day ahead of us and was thorough during house showings taking mental notes along the way. It was awesome to rehash the houses anttributes and lack there of after every showing. He was kind, informative, professional and always maintained a good sense of humour. I have been recommending him to my friends and family and will continue to do so. He is a descent human, thank goodness, and I am grateful today to have found my little piece of heaven, for the right price, thanks to his quick decisive action and expert negotiation skills. He literally went above and beyond. Thanks Mark. 😊
