It gives me great pleasure to sing the praises of Marilyn Ball. My husband I listed our family home of 47 years in July. Marilyn was such an exceptional agent for me and my husband as we purchased our first home. Marilyn was very willing, and flexible to meet at our convenience and was always responding to our messages at any hour of the day! She is so knowledgeable in this field which made it super easy to find what we were looking for. Also, she was such a great advocate for us during the inspection phase, always making sure no stone was left un turned and we were getting exactly what was expected (and more)! I couldn’t recommend her enough.
