It's hard to describe how helpful Maria was without gushing. I don't know if I've ever had a professional advocate so strongly for me anywhere else in my whole life. Maria adapted to our needs both in the big picture (helping us find a home that was what we really wanted) as well as in the details (responding thoroughly to emails and accommodating the fact that we have small children with us). She provided us with tonnes of information, but also helped us sort through it. She made sure that we were prepared to move through each step of the process before we actually took the step, she helped us wrangle other parts of the purchase with respect to the mortgage, notary, and so forth. The whole homebuying process is pretty intense, and looking back on it I can confidently say that Maria guided us through some tough obstacles and helped us find the home we were looking for.
