Working with Maria was honestly such a great experience. As a first-time homebuyer, I really didn’t understand much of the process going in, and I was also out of town for a big part of it, which could have made things super stressful. But Maria made everything feel so much easier. She really took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I felt comfortable and understood what was going on at every step. She went out of her way to show me homes when I wasn’t even in the city, and was always super honest and helpful about both the places themselves and the neighborhoods. She also helped connect me with contractors and handled so much behind the scenes, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. It made a stressful process feel way more manageable. Before finding Maria, I had worked with a few other agents and honestly felt pretty discouraged. But once I was referred to her, it completely changed my experience. She really listened to what I wanted and made it a priority to help me find the right place. I felt supported the whole time and knew I could ask her anything. I’d 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Calgary.
