We had a wonderful experience with Mare Bryant who immediately chose to hold an open house even though it was the August long weekend and houses in the area had been listed for several months. It drew considerable interest (not just neighbours) on both Saturday and Sunday culminating in a good offer. Having spent considerable time learning about our 46+ years experience with the property and area, she wrote a very accurate listing and priced it fairly for both buyer and seller. We had a difficult experience with the buyers' inspector. Because of Mare's knowledge of the house and experience, she was able to help me write a strong rebuttal to his most serious points. The offer was unaffected.
