Marcus is one of the post patient, professional and knowledgeable agents I have ever dealt with. He was there 100% of the time even though he had other clients, he always managed to be there. The best part of Marcus was that he would not allow you to buy something unless he could see that you were absolutely sure of the purchase. He could tell from just me look if something was a go or no-go. Marcus also made you feel that he was part of the journey: he was not there for the commission and a quick sell or buy. He would explain the pros and cons of everything just to make sure that you saw the full picture. If ever I need to sell or buy a place, Marcus will be the one person I will call. I know that with him, I have absolute confidence that the experience will be a positive and rewarding one.

Marcus showed us a property that he had listed and he so impressed us with his professional and friendly demeanor that we asked him to handle the sale of our condo. The sale happened so quickly our heads are still spinning. We then had Marcus assist us on our next purchase which was another speedy and smooth experience.
