People seem to have a love/hate relationship with Real Estate agents. Marcie falls in to the LOVE category! She's such a joy to work with. Ten years ago, when we moved from Winnipeg to Kelowna, we had to do most, if not all, of our paperwork and contract negotiations long distance. With Marcie in constant contact with us, it made it such a stress-free process. On top of her professionalism, she has such an easy going, cheerful & positive personality, it makes her a joy to know!I can't recommend her enough.

I have dealt with Marcie Yurkiw on two occasions. The first time was when I bought a house in Penticton. She helped us out with everything from beginning to end. Her knowledge of the Okanagan market is excellent. When she says she will do something she does it. Her attention to detail is top notch and she takes time to make sure you understand everything. Buying and selling houses can be stressful and Marcie makes sure that you know what's going on at all times. She made the whole procedure very easy for us. Her vast knowledge and strong communication skills impressed me so much that I chose to use her expertise to sell the same house 10 years later with excellent results. She is trustworthy and works hard to complete the process smoothly and quickly. I would highly recommend her.
