I've recently retired and this was actually my first house purchase. Marcia took the time to find out what my needs were then walked me through what to look for when touring potential homes. Her keen eye spotted issues I wouldn't have and also pointed out bonus features. I have learned so much from her. When the right house came along she calmly negotiated with the (private) seller ensuring the sale was fair for all. She even suggested I tour the house with the house inspector, that was a wonderful experience. It helped me feel that this house was the right one for me. I will recommend Marcia to all my friends.
