He was ALWAYS available, professional and an effective communicator. He took care of us through any issues that came up with the sell of our home. We constantly say that if it weren’t for Marcel we don’t believe we would have sold our lakefront home in the fall season. A less experienced agent would have never been able to have so many online followers and be able to reach globally interested buyers. He protected us the entire time. Very friendly and great at explaining in layman's terms. Very knowledgeable in his field. After searching for the perfect house to fit our needs/expectations, we ended up competing with another buyer for the same house. It is without a doubt due to Marcel's advice and tricks of the trade that we got the house. We had a great all around experience with no complaints. Thanks Marcel for everything that you did for us!
