Marcel was great. I was not working with an agent and he helped me through the process, but also negotiated a fair deal for his clients, leading to an outcome that I think we are all happy with.

I was a buyer and the home owner was from out town Marcel really went above and beyond on this one. With out his help we would not have be able to come an agreement and I wouldnl have had to walk away for the perfect house. I can't recommend him enough. I would certainly recommend him to anyone I know who is in the market to sell or buy a home and that's exactly what I intent to do. If I ever need a realator again he will be the one I call.
