Manjinder was very professional, courteous and helpful in selling our property. He was very clear in outlining our objectives and how to maximize our realized sale price for the property. He helped us find packers and painters in preparing the house for sale. He also provided stagers and cleaners to get the house ready for listing. He was continually in contact with us, providing us updates on any offers on the property. He successfully negotiated a price that was $30,000 over asking. In summation, he was fantastic; helping us get more than we could have expected for the sale of our property.
