Mandeep has been really proactive during my house hunt. I am a first time home buyer and new to ontario real estate with no contacts and fear to trust anyone and was looking for someone who has deep knowledge and experience in handling first time home buyers . Hence ,i started following him and his advice. Soon we were in market and in a day ...just because of mandeep's experience and relationship with realtors, knowledge about new regions getting into market we were able to secure a beautiful house in innisfil..walking distance to the lake. We beat 11 offers as he knew where the market stands and finally we got our offer accepted . I was financially scared but mandeep's assured me about my reach in housing market.
