It was a pleasure for us to engage with Mandeep in our journey to find our first home. We did visit few homes with him and he explained the pros and cons of each property including an average estimate of renovations if any had to be done. He understood what kind of home we were looking during our first few showings and then would give us feedback on our shortlisted list. Mandeep was recommended to me by a friend when we were beginning our journey of looking for a house. We'd interacted with realtors on multiple occasions during open houses and we were quite wary and nervous about being pushed into agreements and paying more than what a house was worth. Mandeep allayed those fears in the first phone call I had with him. It was refreshing to talk to somebody who wanted to know your needs and your wants and then make suggestions on the basis of your preferences and budget. From our first meeting at a house showing till the very end, we relied on Mandeep for every little thing and at no point did we feel that we were being co-erced or pushed into anything against our will. We did not sign any agreement and were able to setup viewings at times convenient to us. Having a baby meant we often had to meet early mornings or late evenings and Mandeep always made it a point to ensure he was available and ready to see the house with us. On multiple occasions, he gently talked us out of bidding for houses which had underlying issues that would end up being a headache ten years down the line. Even during the purchase of our dream house, Mandeep was very firm about our budget and did not encourage us to go above it. All the formalities and conversations around the state of the house etc were handled by him and it felt on multiple occasions that he was buying the house for himself - such was his attention to detail and the small print. True to his promise, he has not stopped checking in on us and guiding us through our journey of first-time home buyers. He's provided us tips and suggestions on care/maintenance, driven out to check in on us and still keeps in touch. I've already recommended to him to multiple people and I'd be happy to continue doing so.

Meeting Mandeep has been one of the best things that happened for us. He is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, professional, dedicated, respectful, hardworking and not pushy or aggressive. He has a strong work ethic and is not there to make a quick buck at the expense of his clients. He listened carefully to our requirements and set up a search, without forcing his opinion on us, even though we really value and appreciate his opinion. We did modify the search a few times as we visited different areas and things evolved. He was well prepared before each and every showing and pointed things out during the visit that we were not aware of. For each and every house we visited, he also considered the "sell later" aspect - which is a valid concern and we were not thinking of. We felt that he went above and beyond during the process - answering our numerous questions, sharing information about the houses we viewed, advising us not to go ahead with a few houses due to foreseeable issues in the future. The process was smooth and as stress free as possible in such situations - all through the process we never felt rushed to put an offer on a place till we found the one :) He has happily answered our questions and provided guidance even after the purchase process has been completed.
