Malika helped me to get a good deal in the crazy condo market in Toronto. She is very professional and helpful. She tried to understand my needs and did lots of research to help us get my first home. As a picky buyers, we went to view tons of listing but Malika had never complaint about it. She gave opinions honestly. Me and my family had all of my trust on her. I will definitely recommend her and get her to help with my future housing needs.

Malika is a great realtor with her amazing communication skills. She was on her toes in every step of our journey. At no point she forced us into any deal or pushed us for unreasonable points. She calmly understood our requirements and catered actions accordingly. On each property she would do 1st line of inspection on her own, made notes, she even carried thermal gun to inspect just in case its needed. We felt she is on our side and we could trust her for her insights. With her we were actually able to crack a deal and are moving into our house soon. Thank you so much Malika for your incredible efforts and commitment.It was so much fun working with you :)

If I can describe in only one word my home buying experience with Malika , that would be -“amazing” She helped us from the very beginning and understood our needs in details. I would say she was very patient as our requirement were very specific and we have viewed many properties through her. When we had also lost hopes , she came with her research and found a great deal for us. I sometime wonder, how she puts in so much effort throughout the day. We have recommended her to many of our friends and definitely suggest her as a great real estate agent.
