Maggie was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire leasing process. Not only did she achieve a great result, but she was also very communicative and proactive every step of the way, which made me feel well-informed and confident that I was making the best decision. Right from the very beginning when determining whether to list my apartment for rent, Maggie conducted thorough market research and came prepared with comps and suggested a fair list price for my rental unit. She seamlessy scheduled photography and showings and provided the current tenant with ample notice. As applications were received, Maggie reviewed every last detail and conducted comprehensive diligence on the applicants across their employment, credit, and rental history. I felt extremely confident in Maggie's recommendations knowing how meticulous and organized she conducts every element of her leasing process. I definitely will be using the Katherine Barnett team again in the future and I can't wait to work on another transaction with Maggie!

Maggie worked over the holidays to ensure that we moved into our place on New Years Day. She was always available and a great communicator and handled a bunch of small fires that came up for us very professionally. We would happily work with her again
