Wow, Madhu Baker really went over and above to take care of us throughout the sale of our home. She did extensive market research to help us price our house appropriately. Then she went to work marketing our home. We were thrilled with the outstanding video hi lighting it’s attractive features. Then she went over and above to print a multi page brochure to give the potential buyers who attended the open house and private showings. Her experience sure came in hand during the negotiations which resulted in a great selling price and also a great closing date for us all.
