Lynn was recommended to me by friends. From the first moment I met Lynn, I could sense a caring, professional person who would be able to meet all of my needs in preparing my home for sale. She was very knowledgeable about my home and knew the value it had to offer a buyer. She was very good at pointing out the positive aspects of the property that would entice buyers. Her recommendation to have sections of the home painted and staged (she has her own staging company and offers this service free of charge) proved so beneficial and made my home look amazing. She had a cleaning team come in and they did a wonderful job. Her understanding of the neighbourhood and knowing that my property was in an unique area helped tremendously in the marketing of my home. This was a very stressful time for me and Lynn was right by my side the entire time taking care of all aspects of the sale from start to finish. Lynn was in contact with me on a daily basis keeping me up to date on what was happening. She responded to my calls, emails and texts very quickly which was so appreciated. She took the time to come to my home for meetings. The negotiation process went smoothly and Lynn’s experience when it came to giving advice regarding offers was very valuable. She communicated all the information in the paperwork very clearly. Besides being a very experienced realtor, what really impressed me most was that Lynn worked with me and always listened to me. She included me in all aspects of the sale. There are many emotions involved in an estate sale, and Lynn’s compassion and caring nature was present from the moment I met her.
