I approached Hannah when my landlord notified me that my lease was ending and rent was going to skyrocket. With only eight weeks to find a new place, I reached out to Hannah via email while working out of town. She worked tirelessly to help me find a suitable home within my timeline. Within the first two weeks of being back home, I was able to see all the places I had in mind. Hannah also assisted me with finding financing, an inspector, and a lawyer, making the process much smoother. Although there were a few hiccups during negotiations, such as having a renter move out before their lease was up, Hannah handled everything with grace and efficiency. We were first time home buyers and had the most amazing experience dealing with Micah McLaren. Micah was absolutely wonderful right from the beginning till the end. He walked us through the entire process explaining everything every step of the way. Pointed out several small details when we were looking at houses and was absolutely brilliant when it came to negotiating on the house we finally decided to buy. I must say he truly went above and beyond (we bought out of town and he had to make several trips out of Calgary to Carstairs) and customer service is top notch. He even provided us with the best suggestions for mortgage broker, home inspector and lawyer.
