I have been working with Luis for a number of years. I first met him when the agent through whom I had purchased house could not attend my final viewing. I had brought family with me to see the house. One family member in particular hated the house and wasted no time in letting me know all its faults. I was in tears. Luis consoled in a kind and gently manner. I sold that house shortly there after. A few years later I was in the market again and asked Luis to show me a number of houses. I was so impressed with his knowledge of housing structure. He was pointing out things that I should be aware of. Luis did not take advantage of the fact that I am widowed and did not know anything about buying a house. He was not there just to make a sale. I ended up not buying a house at that time. Then recently, after I sold the house I had been living in for 30 + years I rented a condo in Carleton Place. After a few months I decided condo life was not for me and was on the search for another house. So I called Luis. He once again showed me a number of houses and again showing me things I should be aware of. Eventually I got a lead on a house that was going up for sale but was not on the market. I was invited to go and see the house. I told Luis about it and he immediately contacted that other agent. Within a few days I was viewing the house. Within another few days, I bought the house. Luis made sure every thing went smoothly. He has since dropped by to say hi and ensure I am happy with the house.
