Highly recommend Love Gill! ​I just finished buying my house in Brampton and I honestly can’t say enough good things about Love Gill. If you’re looking for a realtor who actually puts in the work and doesn't just disappear once the deal is moving, he is your guy. ​Since I was new to a lot of this, Love spent so much time walking me through every single step of the process. Tbh, he was way more active in the house hunt than I was—he was constantly finding options and staying on top of everything. ​The best part was the negotiation. The house was listed at $739k, and Love managed to get it down to $697k. Saving over $40k in this market is huge, and I really felt like he had my back the whole time. ​What really blew me away, though, was what happened after the sale. The previous owners left the place pretty dirty, so Love actually paid for a professional deep clean himself. He even got pot lights installed and handled a bunch of fixes around the house so I could move in without any stress. On top of all that, he even helped me lease out the basement! ​It was such a smooth experience from start to finish.
