The important elements regarding our selection for a broker was first the recommendation from a friend regarding the company, and then the initial meeting with Louis-Philippe convinced us to hire him. Following this, the entire sales process proceeded quickly and efficiently.

It was our first time selling a property, and Louis-Phiippe did amazing at guiding us through the process, and answering all our questions, but also not letting us accept the very first offer we got, He understood the situation we were in, and considering the amount of visits we had planned the next day, explained to us that it might be worth it to take the risk of waiting just a bit longer. In the end we ended up accepting a firm offer the next day, and it was way better than that first one.
