Lory is a shark of a negotiator and such a professional. She knows the ins and outs of negotiating well; she even helped us get a bidding war started! Our house sold for 30,000 over asking and in less time than we ever thought possible. Truly, Lory is the best realtor in the city.

She did a great job in offering us advice about which locations were best and actually convinced us to not buy one of our first picks and be patient in searching for the perfect home, which we are actually grateful for because the home we bought was much better in value.
