Lori was truly an amazing real estate agent. She worked with us for over six months prior to our home purchase. Her knowledge and expertise was extremely helpful in making the decision on living in the city versus living on an acreage. She had extensive knowledge on managing an acreage home, because she owns one herself. From the first meeting with Lori she treated us like family, gave us practical and honest advice, and really went through each home as if it she was purchasing it- giving us all the pros and cons. She made sure we were getting everything we wanted in a house and advised us against going further if the house wasn't just right. Lori is very intelligent, kind and courteous as a person and a realtor. She has great contacts and even got us a deal on a property lawyer. Lori was quick to contact us even if it was late in the evening so that we could negotiate on our home, and always responded via text or call very quickly. She pushed for us to have repairs and cleaning done before we moved in, and was successful in doing so. We could not be happier with Lori and our new home! Everyone needs a Lori when purchasing a house.

To whom it may concern, My family and I have used Lori for our last 3 major purchases/sales of properties. Through this previous experience I have come to use her services in buying my first home. The best way to describe Lori is that she is extremely determined, hard working and always kept my best interest in mind. Her fearless work ethic is to be praised and admired. Regardless of the weather conditions or locations, she is always willing to go the extra mile to make a showing happen or to help inform me of factors that I may not be aware of. i currently live in BC and am moving to Edmonton. i happened upon Lori as she responded to an inquiry I made regarding a home. She was the only one that went above and beyond my initial request by sending me all the listings within my parameters in the particular area i was interested in. She looked after booking the viewings and then giving me honest feedback right away. With Lori's help I was able to buy a beautiful home within my budget. She also helped set up my home inspection as well as my lawyer for closing. She has done pretty much everything for me. I would not have been as successful with this purchase had it not been for her help. And you should know that i have not even met her yet. This was all done via emails, texts, and phone calls - and of course some help from my daughters. Lori truly is an exceptional person who takes great pride in her work and really goes the extra mile.
