Logan was a pleasure to work with through the negotiations and I got exactly what I wanted. He was available at all times whenever I called or texted which I appreciated especially when showings were finished. Without a doubt I would use Logan as my agent again. Very impressed and happy with how he sold my house so fast for a rate that I was happy to pay.

Logan Patterson was an amazing realtor who was very professional and also personal. His communication skills are excellent! He was always reachable, whether it was by text or phone, and since we lived out of town, this was extremely important. He kept us informed every step of the way. He also had an excellent feel for the market and was able to advise us and guide us through the negotiations.
