We had an amazing experience working with Logan. My wife and I were house hunting for several months, and throughout the entire process he was incredibly patient and understanding. He always made time for us, even when it clearly wasn’t ideal for him, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Logan is extremely knowledgeable, especially because of his background in development. He goes far beyond surface-level walkthroughs and really digs into the “guts” of a house, plumbing, structure, potential issues to make sure there aren’t any major repairs looming. He also has a great instinct for whether a property is a solid investment or a potential dud, and from what I’ve seen firsthand, he’s usually spot on. When it came time to make an offer, Logan proved to be a very shrewd negotiator. We ended up getting our house for a great deal, and he guided us confidently through that entire process. What really set him apart, though, was everything after we officially got the house. With the heavy snow this year (2026), our alley snow was plowed straight into our driveway right before move-in. When Logan found out, he personally hired a snow removal company to make sure our driveway was completely cleared and dry for move-in and then sent my wife flowers on top of that. That level of care is rare. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Logan is a great guy, very easy to get along with, and genuinely cares about his clients. We will absolutely be recommending him to anyone who asks.
