Logan did a great job of listening to what we wanted for a downsize home and showed us a number of homes that met that criteria. He has a really good eye for problems that the average person may not see. Logan could tell a solid home and the potential it may have. Since we were buying during a sellers market that was really taking off, he did a great job of making us aware of homes that were worth the value. We would definitely work with Logan again!

Not only were we new to the process, we were also new to Regina and had very little knowledge of the city. He listened and took careful note of what we were looking for and quickly suggested a neighbourhood that he thought would be a good fit for us, and he was right! We found our first home in the neighbourhood that he suggested to us that we would not have found otherwise. He was careful and thorough when doing any viewings with us, and went out of his way to point out things that we otherwise would not have noticed about a property, good or bad.
