We were very lucky to have been recommended to Liviu. During the process of finding a house to buy, Liviu ensured that we had access to plenty of information (that was constantly updated) such as lists of houses matching the standards we wanted and if we ever had any questions, Liviu would answer promptly and in plenty of detail. It should be noted that, with Liviu's help, we were able to buy a house at a price that we were not expecting. We were willing to offer more for that house, but Liviu managed to buy it at the listed price. I totally recommend Liviu to anyone who is looking for a hard-working and trustworthy realtor.
