Lissette was absolutely amazing. She sold a previous property for my family and did so and got us more than we expected not just once, but twice as she sold a second property for us (We were so impressed, we asked Lissette to sell the second property). Lissette was professional, gave us every comparable around, explained the market and work ed hard for our family during a difficult time. She not only became an agent that I would use again and recommend, but a friend. OMG she is such an honest lovely lady, (I have never had this experience with a Real Estate Agent in the past), Lisette kept us informed every step of the way, never worried about her commission, but worried about what was in our best interest. Her advise was honest, This lady is Professional, honest, makes meetings convenient for you and goes about and beyond for her clients. If you need a Realtor, anytime, Lisette Richards is the ONLY ONE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not just in Durham Region, but in Ontario. Lisette was amazing. We were looking for a very specific house to purchase and looked at many different houses trying to find the right property and Lisette was always happy to show us house after house. She is extremely knowledgeable about the various aspects of houses and what to watch our for and made the process very smooth and as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend her for your next purchase!

Lissette is a top-notch super dynamic agent. Since the first day I met her she helped me so much in my house-hunting; we viewed over 30 houses in about a month and got one! She does her research very well, she takes into account many factors that buyers consider important when buying a home, such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, rental possibilities (i.e. separate basement apartment), neighbourhood safety, close amenities like malls and stores, distance to main roads and highways, and also to bus stops and train stations too! I was also surprised that she has so much knowledge of house structure and common problems. She gave me advice on the types of house wiring, plumbing, structural issues, and any possible hazards or problems that could be a BIG money and time traps. Lissette is also very punctual and responsible, she was always earlier than me for viewing appointments, and she was very sweet and polite when communicating with me. Not only that but, since the first day I asked her to help me find a home, she already had great knowledge of the kind of home I was looking for and the areas where I wanted it, and she would go above and beyond, sending me recommendations of houses that matched my criteria almost perfectly, and giving me advice in what kind of budget to have ready for it, as well as explaining in thorough detail the whole process, from the house-hunting, to bidding, to closing the purchase! She has lots of experience in the Real Estate world, and based on my personal experience, she demonstrated to me that she has outstanding knowledge of her field. I am very happy with the house I purchased thanks to her, and in the future I look forward to having her as my real estate agent for my future purchases.
