She put much time and effort into the selling of our home, even though she was dealing with personal family concerns at the time. She always responded immediately to any questions we had, and was willing to communicate by phone, email, and text...whatever we preferred. Lisa chose an amazing photographer for our house photos, and we were thrilled with the results! In our situation, Lisa was dealing with two generations, and she did so with great sensitivity. Lisa kept us up-to-date with the progress of the sale, and was willing to use technology to help us stay informed about the timings of our house showings. She reassured us when concerns arose, and walked us through the whole thing with confidence. She certainly knows her field! She is an expert, and a very personable one!
