I'd give my highest recommendation to Lisa. She's professional and prepared - we met up the same day we spoke on the phone and she got a really nice booklet of info already when we meet and when she was listing she got every doc in advance. I'm really impressed and I'm always fond of people who are organized and does homework. Then the listing process was a breeze Lisa took over and walked us through and the result was satisfying. I'm so glad she's our listing agent and would recommend her to family and friends.

We have had Lisa manage several sales and purchases for us. She is extremely knowledgeable and has made every experience go as smoothly as possible. She follows up diligently and was most reassuring when it was needed. She is our "go-to" expert for all of our real estate questions and activities. I apologies for the late review. We essentially moved into our new home Dec 01/2022. My wife came across Lisa during a visit to an Open House. We had been undecided on selling, moving , downsizing, buying with in laws. Ultimately we decided to down size. In this market it can be very challenging mentally as I'm sure if you have started the process or looked into what things are selling for, they may not be what you expected or hoped for. But Lisa was very upbeat and also very realistic of what the market was it and where she thought it may go. And she will tell you she can't predict the future, but her experience give her a leg up on what to expect. Selling with her, she was always prompt and professional. She asked questions and listen to our expectations as well as our questions/concerns. we ultimately got very close to asking. And in this market I felt as good as you can about it. The suggested sell price was bang on. Lisa also helped us with our purchase of new home. Again she listens well and showed us beautiful homes. of course some we were not crazy about but it was nice to get a feel and see everything thats out there. I also felt she listened to our wants and showed us what we like. Read us well. As with any negotiation, there are ups and downs the whole process as this market is much different than the past 5 years. But ultimately she listened and did as we asked and we where rewarded with a beautiful home. Thanks Lisa it was a pleasure and glad to know we have found a realtor that is local and count on. I also might add, there was no pressure at all to sell at anything other than what we wanted or were comfortable with.

Lisa was great and always quick to respond to any question or query. We're very happy with the condo we bought with Lisa's help!
