She managed the sale of our house and purchase of a condo with efficiency and attention to all details. Much of the details of the purchase had to be done remotely (we were out of the country). Leslie has superb saleswomanship and negotiation skills and good network of friends, she is confident and trust her own instinct instead of following what the news media projected the real estate market to be, she helped reached a closing deal much better than what we asked for. Lenka is a talented artist and designer when it comes to staging the place, with her magic touch she transformed our townhouse into a place where potential buyers fell in love at first sight. She has photogenic memories and remembers what color what deco what needs to be added to match up the whole place perfectly and cozily. We purchased a new place with a closing day of 1.5 months, we connected with Leslie and Lenka a little over a month and immediately they both suggested that we should give it a try to sell it prior to the closing. Zooooom, gone in 345600 seconds (4 days), the exact words from Lenka is: We sold the house like a hurricane in 4 days ! As a Catholic I thank God for His blessings to sell our place so promptly and I also thank God for sending us the Dream Team of Leslie and Lenka, woohoo !!

Leslie is amazing! She sold my neighbour's townhouse in 2 weeks, and it was during the time when the market was slow (Dec 2022), so I decided to contact her last month when I wanted to sell mine.
