She coached us through the pre-sale process, provided us with up to date market information and a plan to move forward with our listing including suggestions for improvements, staging etc. She wrapped up our sale in the same month we listed!! She really showed up as a partner through the entire process from listening to my needs, keeping in constant (up to the minute!) communication on new properties hitting the market, coordinating ferry trips, negotiating on my offer, guiding through the subject and closing process... right up to the moment I received the keys.
