Because I would only be in town for one day, Lee Ann lined up a BUNCH of homes for us to visit - all within my price range, but exposing me to different neighbourhoods and styles of home - some homes were newer than others, some partially remodeled, some still needing work, and some turn key. In each one, she pointed out features that were beneficial, and others that were potentially problematic. Some homes were tenant occupied at the time of our visit, and one had a vicious dog next door. I observed that Lee Ann has a gift for approaching people and situations with grace, while also taking the opportunity to make valuable inquiries. On top of all that, she came prepared with hard copies of each listing, so I could reference the information and make my own notes along the way. Considering I was unfamiliar with the market and uncertain about what I was looking for, Lee Ann was a fantastic agent to work with.
