I first met Lea about a year and a half ago when my family and I were looking for a new rental. Lea was fantastic and took our budget, needs and wishes into careful consideration to find us the perfect rental. Just over a year later, the stars aligned and we were fortunate enough to start looking for a forever home. We called Lea without a second thought. Lea made the entire process a breeze, walking us through every aspect of purchasing our first home. She took the time to go over roughly what we should expect for closing costs so that we would be prepared. It didn't take long before we found a home we fell in love with, and Lea went to bat for us! Lea recommended a fantastic mortgage broker that was able to find us not only the best rate going, but preformed a miracle when things were not looking good for our situation. Lea is on the ball reminding us of tasks we need to complete before they were even on our radar. She is passionate about her job and it shows in every detail and exchange you have with her. One of the best things about Lea is that she keeps it real, if something is not right for you in the home, she will be the first one to identify the issue and tell you to walk. This is a person who truly has your back through this process. 💪 Our home search has been nothing short of an amazing experience from start to finish, all thanks to Lea! Lea Sousa and the Barry Team have been absolutely incredible! Lea was always available and quick to answer any of my questions, even when I wasn't quite ready to buy yet. Lea never made me feel like I was wasting her time. She stayed connected, reaching out and seeing how I was doing, and if there was anything she could help with. And eventually, I decided to buy again! She got me a fair price, guided me through the entire process, (which can be very daunting and scary especially for someone who is on their own doing this), and kept everything 'simple and calm'. That is truly invaluable. I have worked with a few other Realtors over the years, in different situations, but she is the genuine article. You really can trust what she is saying and that your best interests are truly at heart. I love her integrity and honesty, and her vibrant, positive attitude is a delight.
