Laurie met us in her office to give us the property details, all information which gave us everything for our review. After going through the property details, she took us to the property for a further tour of the property, answering our questions. After our decision to make an offer, Laurie, answered our emails, quickly, and was very efficient in handling all the further timeline requirements for a successful purchase. Of course we would recommend Laurie to others, she was really good to us, kept us calm during the transaction and did her best to make this property for us happen - and it did!

To whom it may concern: I have bought and/or sold homes only 7 times in my life. In each case, the home I was about to leave had been my major asset for years and the one I was about to purchase was going to become the new, major asset in my life. I took the matter very seriously in every case. I have found realtors, over and over, to be a bit jaded, maybe because they were exhausted. I know the successful ones work very hard, but wavering interest still can be off-putting. But Laurie Petura was like a breath of fresh, mountain air. Knowledgeable of the town and all its currently for-sale properties, knowledgeable of the subtleties of design, construction, and wear of all of the properties we looked at and of building styles and wear patterns generally. She was also sensitively tuned to what I was looking for and had the guts to tell me, in three cases out of the fifteen properties I was considering from the listings online, which properties were really not for me. Thus, we did not waste time and tire ourselves out looking at homes I would not want to live in. I'm 69. I haven't the patience for wasting time anymore. And by the way, she was right in every case. She knew my price range, what I needed, and what was available, and she put all the elements together in a two day tour of properties that literally could not have been better organized. I don't lavish praise like this on hardly anyone ever. But she gets my unqualified five out of five. The best realtor I have ever personally known, dealt with, or even heard of. Dwight Wendell
