Lauren helped us navigate the challenge of buying a home from out of the province as we were returning to St. Albert after years at the coast. She understands the St. Albert market, and she knew how important it was to us to find the right property. She helped find the most suitable listings, regardless of who was selling them, and she went out of her way to get our son and daughter-in-law in to see the homes that were the closest to what we were looking for, and she didn't get impatient as we took our time. She asked great questions and really listened to us. She had a great handle on the properties, what their assets and limitations for, and their value. We were absolutely thrilled with the home we ended up buying, and pleased with the price negotiation process. Lauren's emails always were timely, informative, helpful. There was some competition for the place, and she helped us present an offer that got us what we needed without getting into a bidding war. Couldn't have been happier with her professional, warm demeanour. And we love our new home. Absolutely recommend working with Lauren Hunt.

Lauren made me feel comfortable with the entire process, helped get me in touch with some contractors to do some needed repainting and renos prior to the sale (and advised me on what needed doing), and then stayed in touch once I moved to Australia (since the house hadn't sold by then).
