We are first time buyers and new to Victoria and were definitely apprehensive about the entire process. However, dealing with Laura was an absolute pleasure and she guided us through the entire process which put us at ease. Despite her busy schedule, she was always available in case we had any questions, very responsive and extremely prompt in organizing and accompanying us for showings. Laura definitely has the best interest of her client's in mind - She always gave us her frank opinion on properties when we had questions on various issues that propped up which ensured that we didnt make any hasty decisions.
