Laura was diligent and helpful throughout my home buying experience. As a first time home buyer she went beyond expectations to made me comfortable with the process, give advice, and provide assistance. She always had my best interests in mind, and when the opportunity arose she did everything she could to help me get what I was looking for.

Laura was wonderful! She was patient and professional with our many questions and guided us with expertise through our first home purchase. She diligently uncovered the story of each house we had viewed (never shying away from dark crawl spaces and tough questions) so that we could make informed decisions along the way. We also appreciated that she had shared a professional network of service providers after the sale. Laura is a true partner for the home buying journey!

Laura is both an amazing realtor and a caring person. After the first call with her, we knew that she would be the right fit for my partner and I. Previously living on the mainland, we needed someone who really knew Nanaimo inside out. And this being our first time buying a townhouse, we needed someone who would answer all, and sometimes too many, of our questions. Laura was this person and even more! Offering virtual tours, providing advice for mortgage and insurance, preparing an offer that would get the place of our dreams… She eased all our concerns and made the whole process enjoyable and exciting. Her help didn’t stop after signing the paperwork. Laura was there to welcome us on our moving day and even surprised us with extra pairs of hands. She made our first home a welcoming and hassle-free experience. We simply cannot recommend her enough!

We are so fortunate to have met Laura. Over a span of 11 years Laura has helped with the sale of 2 homes & the purchase of our daughter and son in laws house … twice. We found ourselves recently needing a realtor for our dads home on the mainland and Laura was our first stop once again. She searched and found us a fantastic realtor there. Along with each of the five-stars I award Laura in this rating scheme, I would add that her pleasant demeanor made the process of purchasing a new property feel easy and relaxed. Not only was Laura extremely responsive with each of my many inquiries/contacts with her, but Laura also took the initiative to pass on required information to my mortgage specialist, the bank, the legal representation, etc. I would absolutely work with Laura again and strongly encourage anyone who is selling/buying real estate to work with her. You will enjoy the process.
