Laura was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Her no-nonsense and thoughtful approach made it easier for us to make the best decisions, quickly, without any second guessing. Laura learned what we needed and what we expected. and then activated her team to make it happen. Her team took us every step of the way from preparing our home, staging only as needed, an awesome deep clean and then the amazing professional pictures that followed. These made us so proud of the home we made and attracted tons of interest. In what the CBC called this morning “ the worst January in a decade” Laura made it look quite the opposite. Lots of agent and client activity followed by a firm sale at asking in less than two weeks. Laura even arranged to have the new buyers come for a couple ‘post sale’ visits to make the buyers experience the best it could be. Laura is simply the person you should call and meet with prior to making any real estate decisions.
