There are a number of criteria that I look for in a realtor: 1. Accessibility - Lani was always available on a timely basis whether it be via cell, email or test; 2. Knowledge - Lani was very familiar with the local area market and as well took the time to do additional research as necessary; 3. Completeness - it is very important for any realtor to be able to review a Contract of Purchase and Sale to ensure that the "i's are dotted and the t's are properly crossed". Over a number of contracts Lani did not let me down; 4. Going the extra mile - Lani covered off matters that involved 3rd parties, met and discussed with them, did the little extras such as put up private property signs, visited the site many many times and on a timely basis took photos to update me on what currently was happening; 5. Energy - Lani whether it be a week day or week-end was not only available but was always cheerful and energetic to get the job done; 6. Judgement - while persistence is a good feature it must be combined with a sense of timing and "reading of the minds". This is at times is more of an art which Lani possesses; and 7. Maximization - some realtors will try to price at a level for an easy sale. Lani did not do so and based on her knowledge and information gathered presented very realistic fair market values in order to help maximize the returns. In summary, I am extremely satisfied to have been able to work with Lani as our realtor and achieve successful results.

We used Lani as our realtor and she was so amazing! Professional and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and did not make us feel like any of our questions were stupid. She kept the line of communication open with us through the whole process and helped us sell/close the deal on our home in 8 days! Would use her again and will absolutely recommend her to anyone we know looking for a realtor!

Lani is a wonderful person. She was always positive and very nice to deal with. I’m sure she was always smiling ( behind her mask). Always made herself available for property showing. Always patient even though we took months to find “our house “.
